Refund Policy

1. Who sells the service

BizAngel is operated by Vignis LLC. Paddle is the merchant of record for paid BizAngel plans and AI credit purchases and processes approved refunds to the original payment method.

2. Fourteen-day request window

Submit your request within 14 calendar days after the original charge. If the paid service and included credits have not been used, the purchase is normally eligible for a full-refund review. This policy does not limit any longer or non-waivable right available under the law that applies to you.

3. Subscriptions

• You may cancel renewal at any time from your billing account.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself refund the current period.
• If you ask us to begin the service immediately and use paid tools or credits during the 14-day period, any refund may be reduced to reflect the service already supplied, where applicable law permits.

4. AI credit purchases

Unused one-time credit packs requested within 14 calendar days are normally eligible for a full-refund review. Credits that have already been consumed to run AI tools, generate documents, or obtain analysis cannot be returned. If part of a pack has been used, we may approve only the unused value where Paddle supports a partial refund and the law permits it.

5. Faults, duplicate charges, and misdescription

Contact us promptly if a charge is duplicated, the paid service cannot be delivered because of a verified BizAngel fault, or the purchase is materially different from its checkout description. These cases are reviewed independently of ordinary change-of-mind requests.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@bizangel.ai from the address used for your BizAngel account. Include the order number, purchase date, product, and reason for the request. You may also use the contact option in your Paddle receipt. We normally acknowledge requests within two business days; bank posting time after approval depends on the original payment method.

7. Final safeguards

Paddle may apply its buyer terms and make the final merchant-of-record determination. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For the complete service terms, see our Terms of Service.
