1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and BizAngel (“BizAngel”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Services

BizAngel is a two-sided AI operations platform. For founders, it provides AI cofounder agents for finance, legal, marketing, and operations work. For investors and professionals, it provides AI investment research and document drafting tools. The Services produce AI-generated drafts and analysis intended to assist professional judgement — not to replace it.

3. No professional advice

Outputs from the Services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and no attorney–client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by your use of them. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs and for obtaining qualified professional advice before acting. You should not rely on any output as a substitute for the judgement of a licensed professional.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Do not submit content you have no right to submit, or that violates the rights of others.
• Do not use outputs in a way that is misleading about their AI-generated nature where disclosure is required.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and materials you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. We do not claim ownership of the outputs generated for you.

7. Fees

Paid plans and AI credits are billed through our merchant-of-record payment partners. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law or stated in our refund policy, fees are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI-generated output. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizAngel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services or other users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
